Identifying the Candidate
Our Consultants have a combination of industry expertise and professional search experience. They can identify candidates to match clients’ requirements and to increase their competitive positioning and performance. This is enhanced by ongoing search of the market undertaken by our dedicated team of in-house research.

Conducting Interviews
Candidates being assessed are invited to attend interviews with our Consultants, and as a result, a shortlist of candidates is prepared for the client. In addition to assessing the candidates’ work experience, product knowledge and professional qualifications, we will assess their interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; and career aspirations as these are crucial to clients’ hiring decisions.

Offer Management
Once a candidate is identified, we will assist in the negotiating and structuring of the terms and conditions to prepare a competitive offer. Detailed reference checking is also available, if not undertaken directly by our client. Through to the commencement date, we stay in communication with the candidate, ensuring a smooth integration into your organization.
